Practice Arrangements – Dates: Wednesday 24th December 2025 & Wednesday 31st December 2025
The LLR LMC has commissioned DHU to manage and triage practice phone calls on these dates, as our Practice will close early.
📞 Telephone diversion:
- From 16:00 to 18:30, all practice calls will be redirected to DHU (0300 323 0671).
- At 18:30, the diversion will revert to the normal practice message/service.
🚨 Emergencies
- Call 111 for urgent medical advice.
- Call 999 in life‑threatening emergencies.
📞 Contacting DHU
- When you phone the practice between 16:00–18:30, your call will be diverted to DHU.
- Alternatively, you can call DHU directly on 0300 323 0671 during this period.
🏥 Urgent Treatment Centres
You may attend the following sites if needed:
- Merlyn Vaz Health Centre – 1 Spinney Hill Rd, Leicester LE5 3GH
- Oadby Urgent Treatment Centre – 18 The Parade, Leicester LE2 5BJ
- Loughborough Urgent Treatment Centre – 53 Goods Yard Close, Loughborough LE11 5EB
💻 Online Requests
- Between 16:00–18:30, you can submit non‑urgent electronic requests via the practice website.
- These will be responded to on the next working day.
